How many nights should I spend in Stone Town?

Two nights work well for this itinerary, providing enough time to settle in and enjoy a guided heritage experience before continuing to the beach. The balance can be adjusted if you prefer more culture or more beach time.

Which part of Zanzibar is best for the beach stay?

It depends on your preferred holiday style. Northern Zanzibar is popular for a livelier atmosphere and generally less dramatic tidal variation in selected areas, while the east and southeast coasts offer long beaches and a quieter atmosphere with stronger tidal changes.

Are snorkelling and diving included?

They are optional unless specifically included in your personalised quotation. We can add suitable marine activities according to your accommodation location, experience level and sea conditions.

Do Zanzibar tides affect the beaches?
